We have a permit from the county for our building design, but the Title 24 is very incorrect and we would like to update the Title 24 so we can provide our HVAC company (Bruce Mechanical) with updated plans. We want the attic to be conditioned + unvented with batts on the roofdeck. I want an ERV over a continuous bathroom fan. The window schedules are correct to what was installed. The wall insulation will also be batts. Heat pump will be variable speed. Please call me if you need any other information.
