You have been recommended to us by Ryan Morris of Morris Architecture in Burlingame.

This project can be broken up into two parts - and we'd like the final work product to be broken up into two separate submittals. The first is the garage conversion to an in-law unit. The structure will remain the same. The only changes are infilling the garage door with windows/door and adding a dormer in the attic for egress.

The second part is the house remodel. The lowered living room will be raised to match the other 1st floor framing and a bedroom will be framed above the living room. Otherwise the building remains the same.

The plans are preliminary in nature. The original plans show dimensions and what you need to know about the building envelope. These plans are very accurate to what was constructed. We are getting current plans drafted currently.

We would like to get a price for the Title 24 work for this project. Thank you very much and we look forward to working with you.
