I spoke to Jim on the phone earlier today.

I purchased windows months ago pre-intent for a permit. Now I have to get a permit and the windows don't meet Title 24.

Ideally, I don't want to purchase all new windows. The house currently has single pane aluminum windows, no wall insulation or floor insulation, and the attic insulation is old blown in cellulose (not sure of R value). I purchased dual pane argon filled aluminum windows (specs and sizes attached). Since I'm planning to sheath and insulate the exterior walls prior to new stucco, I'm hoping we might be able to bring the total efficiency of the house to a point that I can use the windows I already purchased.

All ceiling heights are 8', this is just for the area labeled "Main House" which is 830sqft.
