Hello Jim. I was referred to you by Jeff Thranow (Costa Bella Builders) and this is his project in City of Santa Cruz. My only concern is that he is hoping to have the existing insulation values accepted by the City (floor slab, R-11 walls and R-19 ceiling. If they require upgrades, will we have to rerun these calculations?
