I bought a home in 2002 that had an attached additional garage. I am retired now in my 70s and looking to make some alterations to that attached additional garage. Those changes amount to about 20 linear feet of partitions and moving one door and adding one door + a 30 AMP on demand water heater. The last building permit I got was in the mid 90s so new to title 24. I look forward to speaking with an energy consultant. Thank you, Jim
