Jim, Please give me a call to discuss before you begin. Clients want to remove a small electric heater and add a mini-split A/C only)to the remodeled area. Can the new electric Valor 2 fireplace be used at heat source? new Vaulted ceiling will have r-30 closed cell insul, 2x4 walls will add R-13 batt, exisiting slab floor has no insulation.
