Follow-up from our call last Friday: 1. To keep things simple, I am not putting a window in the proposed Bath (to be converted from an existing walk-in closet), adjacent to the new Bonus Room addition. There is a permitted solarium, which I can only imagine would complicate the performance calculations to an absurd degree, so hopefully keeping it to the addition only will simplify matters. (However, if you still need all of the existing window sizes, I can mark up a print and send it to you.)
2. I am sending you an email with photos of the water heater, furnace/ac, and exterior--apart from this form.
