The work consists of tree, tree stump, and vegetation removal and disposal along Corralitos Creek between Highway 152 and Green Valley Road. Bidding Documents contain the full description of the Work.
Work shall be finally completed within 45 calendar Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. A California class C-49 or C-61/D49 contractor’s license is required to Bid this Contract. Removal, handling, and/or disposal of hazardous materials may by law require hazardous substance removal certification by the Contractor’s State License Board. The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents. |

The Agency will receive sealed Bids no later than 3:00 PM local time on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at the Watsonville Wastewater Treatment Plant at 500 Clearwater Lane in Watsonville. Please go through the second (last) gate and ring the intercom to enter. The Bid opening will be in accordance with procedures set forth in SECTION 00200 (Instructions to Bidders).
