The work generally consists of replacing the existing sanitary sewer lift station with a new lift station. The major elements of the Work include: A new sanitary sewer pump station with wet well, valve vault, two 3HP pumps controls, and associated piping, 4-inch PVC force main and 8-inch gravity sewer, install owner-furnished lift station control panel automatic transfer switch and emergency standby generator, provide foundation for future propane storage tank.

The Engineer's estimate is Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000).
All bidders and contractors shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of the California Contractor's License Law, Chapter 9 of Division 3 of the State Business and Professions Code. In addition, bidder must have at the time the contract is awarded for this project, one of the following classification(s) of contractor's license: Class A - General Engineering Contractor’s License. |
